RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, the term of Stuart A. Chittenden as a member of the Library Board
will expire June 30, 2011; and, . •
WHEREAS, Section 14-23 of the Omaha Municipal Code provides for the
appointment to said board; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Suttle has reappointed Stuart A. Chittenden to the Library
Board, said term to commence July 1, 2011 and to expire June 30, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the reappointment by the Mayor of Stuart A. Chittenden as a member of
the Library Board, said term commencing July 1, 2011 and expiring June 30, 2014, is hereby
confirmed.
