RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the,provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as . .
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law;this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "I" Liquor License
be granted.

That,the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.

THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the bid in the total amount of$131,900.00
(includes Alternates No. 1, 2, 4 and 8 for additional play equipment and paving in the amount of
$25,100.00) from Dostals Construction Company, Inc. to furnish labor and materials to install
playground, walks and picnic improvements at Metcalfe Park, 1702 Country Club Avenue,being
the lowest and best bid received, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Agent is authorized to
issue a purchase order in conformance herewith. Funds in this amount shall be paid from the
2006 Parks & Recreation Fund No. 13354 and Organization No. 117316, 2011 Issue Parks &
Cultures Bonds.
