2007—2008 Construction Services Inc/j.Lofts on the Market—Omaha,Nebraska
On-site Project Manager / Construction Manager working on site for Construction
Management/General. Contractor Company. The $18M project began with demolition of an abandon
warehouse followed by new construction of a mixed use, mid rise, post-tension, cast-in-place structure
that features retail, enclosed parking and 55-high spec residences. One of the more notable challenges
involved building the facility on a very tight site with little lay-down space and within the city's
historical Old Market District. My role was a hybrid capacity which combined the usual responsibilities
of a Project Manager and the Superintendent. All operations were run from the site office trailer with
the assistance of an on-site Project Engineer and remote support from the parent company in Des
Moines IA. One of my more satisfying contributions to the project was my successful negotiations of
the utilities infrastructure works with revenue recovery funding.
•
2002—2006 RCGC/Cesar Hotelco Cayman Ltd.—Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands
Owner Site Rep/MEP Coordinator for the $350M, 365 guestrooms, 98 resident condo, and approx
850,000 finished sq/ft Ritz-Carlton Resort. This was an extraordinary project with many twists and
turns. The globally recognized GC was terminated for cause which left the Owner/Developer on the
hook to self perform the balance(approx.60%)of the works. Approximately 90-day's from completion
Hurricane Ivan decimated the island and consequently delayed the opening by another year. I assumed
all the normal responsibilities of an On-Site MEP Coordinator along with special focus as the
.Owner/Developers "Government Liaison Representative" acting as direct point of contact for all
Fire/Life Safety, Building Control and/or Planning Department issues, inspections and certificates of
occupancy.
2001 . B.L. Harbert.International Construction.LLC.--Skopje,Macedonia.

included scheduling, buy-out, shop drawing review/approval, material procurement, project
coordination, QA/QC administration, RFI coordination/resolution, as-built/closeout documents and
start-up/commissioning among other tasks.
1.998—2000 B.L. Harbert International Construction LLC.—Montego Bay,Jamaica
M. .E.P Coordinator From ground breaking to ribbon cutting I worked as the M..E.P. Coordinator on the
$96M Ritz-Carlton Resort project. Integrally involved with the construction and commissioning of the
systems to include diesel prime power plant, waste water treatment with gray water storage and
irrigation distribution, primary and secondary domestic water utilities and site storm/drainage systems;
along with coordination of services to 430 guestrooms, convention center, dining/restaurants,retail, and
kitchen/laundry facilities. Responsibilities included, shop drawing review, durations scheduling for
MEP tasks, RFI coordination, change order costing, subcontractor administration and Special Project
Manager of the site utility and drainage works following termination of the local contractor due to
failure to perform.
1996-1998 Bill Harbert International Construction Inc.—Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia:
Superintendent Was responsible for fit out works to the 3,265.000 sq/ft 5-level sub-grade parking
structure on the $300M (contract value) Petronas Twin Towers city center project. .Responsibilities
included management of,approximately 40 specialized subcontractors and approx 100 direct hire
workers, coordination of MEP systems, RFI coordination, managed logistics, storage, and temporary
office camps for 10 other general contractors working on associated portions of the same mega project.
