RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act,;is
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law,this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "I" Liquor License
be granted.
Chang Jiang Enterprises, Inc., dba"Mai Thai", 14618 West Center Road.
That,the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.

OF OMAHA:
THAT,the attached Agreement,as recommended by the Mayor,between the City of
Omaha and the Nebraska State Historical Society for a grant to supplement the City's historic
preservation program in the amount of$50,830.00 to be matched with City services in-kind,for the
period from June 1, 2011 until May 31, 2012 is hereby approved.
