Attached is a request of Ignacio Ayala for permission to lease right-of-way for outdoor food
sales area located at 5134 South 24th Street.
This request has been reviewed and the recommendations of the Departments are as follows:
The City Planning Department and Public Works Department recommend approval of the
request.
A plot plan showing the location of the proposed outdoor food sales area is attached.

NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
