Davis, Chief Building Inspector, Permits and Inspection Division Subject: Liquor posting for 3821 North 167th Court, Suites 160 and 165 We have posted the property at 3821 North 167th Court as required. This is to inform you that they will have to submit to the City of Omaha Planning Department, a site plan drawn to scale for review. The plan must include all improvements, structures and parking areas. They must also include the location of the outdoor area and the type of fence they intend to construct. A building permit will be required for the fence and the concrete patio. This will be a separate application from the site plan review. The fee for the site plan review is $85.00 The fee for the building permit (fence and patio) will be determined at the time of application. I am requesting a layover of this request until the above items are complied with. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me at 444-5364.
