Vermeer had a significant exception to the specifications. They bid an air cooled gas engine while our specification calls for a liquid cooled diesel engine. The also bid 8000#trailer when our specification calls for a 10,000#trailer. Before we can proceed with awarding the bid to the bidder that complies with the specifications, Melinda will need to send out the attached rejection letter.
