Coordinate with Douglas County Engineer’s Office site grade cross sections for the southern boundary of the plat, adjacent to Fort Street. 2. Coordinate with Douglas County Engineer’s Office for any necessary permits for the street connection to Fort Street. 3. Coordinate with Douglas County Engineer’s Office on storm sewer design plans along the development boundary adjacent to Fort Street. 4. Coordinate with the City of Omaha Public Works on an acceptable G.O. paving plan. 5. Provide a 16 foot inbound land, a 4 foot paved median, and two 12 foot outbound lanes, and dedicate right-of-way as needed to accommodate on the 208th Street approach to Fort Street. 6. Remove the temporary connection to Fort Street south of 208th Avenue and Ogden Street. 7. Provide a right-of-way dedication on the northeast corner of 207th and Ogden Streets to accommodate the corner curb ramps. 8. Coordinate with the Planning and Public Works Departments on the Complete Streets Design Guide Design Checklists. 9. Submit the 30% design report for the sanitary sewer to the Public Works Design Division per Section 2.14 of the City’s Wastewater Collection System Design Manual. 10. Provide a note on the plat stating direct access to Fort Street from all adjacent lots or outlots will not be permitted. 11. Compliance with all applicable stormwater regulations including no net increase in stormwater runoff and treat the first 1/2” of stormwater for water quality. 12. Coordination with city staff and submittal of an acceptable tree mitigation planting plan regarding on-site of off-site locations. Pln1089rf
