We had two low bidders. One was Reese Enterprise who submitted a low bid on 7 of the areas. Nebraska Best was low one area. In the past,we have spread contracts out to some second low bidders also.We have done this each time we have bid these contracts so one single contractor doesn't get stretched too thin and them becomes unable to perform. I have talked to the low and second low bidders and am making the following recommendation. • Area 1-Navarro Lawn and Landscape$29,800.00 per year for two years • Area 2-Reese Enterprises for$20497.85 per year for two years • Area 3-Nebraska Best for$24,924.72 per year for two years • Area 4-Navarro Lawn and Landscape for$67,400.00 per year for two years • Area 5-Reese Enterprises for$25,348.86 per year for two years • Storz/N Freeway/Sorensen-Reese Enterprises for$23,287.41 per year for two years • West Dodge/Maple St-Reese Enterprises for$25,279.12 per year for two years • L St-Reese Enterprises for$29883.46 per year for two years. 1 is authorized to make payments in accordance therewith from the Street and Highway Allocation Fund 12131, Street Right-of-way Clearing Organization 116152. way from the Street and Highway Allocation Fund 12131, Right-of-way Cleaning Organization 116152.
