RESOLVED BYT THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: •
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law, this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "C" Liquor License
be denied.
BMC-69, LLC, dba"Grover Inn", 3505 South 42nd Street.
That,the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.
January 10, 2012 - Resolution No. 11 - Motion to DENY based on the applicant has
not shown he is fit, willing, and able to properly
provide the service,that he can conform to all
requirements of the law and he will provide the
type of management and control over the
premises sufficient to insure that the law will be
followed. In addition, the applicant is not a
person of good character and reputation in the
community and has a spouse ineligible to hold
a license for similar reasons. The applicant's
spouse's affidavit of non-participation is not
credible and the public interest will be infringed
upon if this license is granted to this applicant.
