The Director of the Parks, Recreation and Public Property Department is authorized pursuant to Section 21-1 of the Omaha Municipal Code to establish rules regulating the use of parks within the City of Omaha which become binding provisions of the Omaha Municipal Code upon approval by resolution of the City of Omaha. Your approval to suspend the hours of operation at the Common Ground Community Center between 9:00 p.m. on Friday, April 14, 2012 and 6:00 a.m. on Saturday April 15, 2012, is therefore requested.
