THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act ;as.
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law,this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "C" Liquor License
be granted.

construction drawings and specifications including streetscape elements using pavers,colored and
imprinted paving,and other materials. Coordinated with bridge and roadway engineers on bridge
treatments,grading and drainage.
Qwest Center Parking Design and contract documents parking lot expansions and landscaping for
Qwest Center which included use of bioswales to minimize drainage impacts.
Kennifick Park. Involved in design process and contract document preparation for a new park
developed as a tribute to Union Pacific Railroad CEO John Kenefick,the Union Pacific in association with
Lauritzen Gardens. The park features two locomotives and railroad interpretive elements.
Omaha Botanical Gardens. Involved in site design and contract document preparation for grading and
drainage of the parking area and outdoor areas around the Education and Visitor's Center building.
Lewis and Clark Landing. Design and construction document preparation of the reclamation of the
Asarco Lead Refinery into an urban city park,including development of a cap system over the site,
parking and trails,future building development,and treatments of Missouri River shoreline and
floodwall.
