WHEREAS, Section 14-115 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska authorizes the Cily'
of Omaha to regulate the subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the City;and,

WHEREAS,the owners of certain unplatted real estate have executed and submitted
a plat entitled 84TH & GROVER PLACE, located at 3434 South 84th Street; and,
WHEREAS,the Planning Department has recommended the approval and acceptance
of this plat.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
