The Director of the Parks, Recreation and Public Property Department is authorized pursuant to Section 21-1 of the Omaha Municipal Code to establish rules regulating the use of parks within the City of Omaha which become binding provisions of the Omaha Municipal Code upon • approval by resolution of the City of Omaha.
