The 2012 Season continues to provide prevalent marketing exposure for Omaha, valued at $280,000 in corporate partner benefits. Therefore,the OCVB desires to promote Omaha as a convention destination year-round through ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership advertising,promotions, and events. The $130,000 cost of such agreement will be paid from Fiscal Year 2012, Fund 21109, Organization 115941, Account 42112 in the amount of $50,000 (OCVB Marketing) and the remainder from Fiscal Year 2012, Fund 21109, Organization 115921, Account 42239 (Convention Sales). The Contractor shall file and shall cause his subcontractors, if any, to file compliance reports with the Contractor in the same form and to the same extent as required by the Federal government for Federal contracts under Federal rules and regulations. Such compliance reports shall be filed with the Contract Compliance Officer. Compliance reports filed at such times as directed shall contain information as to the employment practices,policies, programs and statistics of the Contractor and his subcontractors. 7.
