Ross Lawn & Landscape submitted the lowest and best bid. The following bids were received on March 21, 2012: CONTRACTOR BID ROSS LAWN & LANDSCAPE $33,810.00 (LOWEST BID) Tru Green $13,760.00 U. S. Grounds Maintenance $54,010.75 Navarro $78,055.00 Tru Green did not bid on all line items. This was an"all or none total bid". Ross Lawn& Landscape has on file a current Annual Contract Compliance Report Form(CC-1). As is City policy, the Human Relations Director will review the contractor to ensure compliance with the Contract Compliance Ordinance. Finance Department is authorized to pay the Funds in the total amount of $33,810.00 to Ross Lawn & Landscape from the General Fund No. 11111 and Organization No. 115025, Ground Maintenance Contract. The Parks, Recreation and Public Property Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from Ross Lawn & Landscape being the lowest and best bid received, and requests your consideration and approval of this Resolution. e applied at the locations and to the dimensions and spacing shown on the PLANS. The edges of the markings shall not vary from a straight line more than 2 inches in 50 feet, and the dimensions shall be within a tolerance of plus or minus 5 percent. f. Protection. All surfaces shall be protected from disfiguration by spatter, splashes, spillage, or drippings of paint.
