RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law,this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Package Liquor License
be granted.
Nebraska CVS Pharmacy, LLC, dba"CVS/Pharmacy#5634", 8315 West Center Road.
That; the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.

In re: Package liquor license of CVS Pharmacy at 8315 West Center Road
We live very close to the new CVS Pharmacy and do not feel that they need to have a liquor license.
We are also close to the HyVee and theWalgreens on 90th& Center. They both have liquor licenses,
and we feel this is enough alcohol in our neighborhood. We do not feel that Walgreens should be
selling alcohol anyway.
Isn't it an oxymoron to have a"pharmacy"that is there to help you with medical ailments, selling
cigarettes and liquor?
