P. Dodge Park, 11001 John J. Pershing Drive, Omaha, Nebraska. The work shall include, but not limited to general interior building construction, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior painting, and exterior painting, for the Parks, Recreation and Public Property Department. The City of Omaha anticipates reimbursement of 75% of the construction costs from FEMA and 12.5% from NEMA. The City of Omaha will be responsible for the remaining 12.5% of the costs. Calabretto Building Group, Inc. submitted the lowest and best bid.
