NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA: THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement for the implementation of the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. for the provision of additional services not included in the scope of the original contract or previous amendments to address impacts related to the 2011 Missouri River flood, to provide for new information related to project environmental conditions and to update General Conditions of the Agreement due to revisions of State statutes and local ordinances, is hereby approved.
