NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services
Agreement for the implementation of the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Long Term Control
Plan (LTCP) with CH2M Hill Engineers, Inc. for the provision of additional services not
included in the scope of the original contract or previous amendments to address impacts related
to the 2011 Missouri River flood, to provide for new information related to project
environmental conditions and to update General Conditions of the Agreement due to revisions of
State statutes and local ordinances, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
THAT, the Finance Department is authorized to pay the additional fee not to exceed
$9,828,634.00 for these professional services from the Sewer Revenue Improvement Fund
21124, CSO Implementation Organization 116918, Sewer Revenue Bonds will be issued to
finance this project.

to new SIFM to determine if sequencing is necessary for proper pump operation.
