RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act, as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law,this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Catering Liquor License
to coincide with the pending Class"C"Liquor License be granted.
DMK Investments, LLC, dba"Holiday Inn, Downtown Omaha", 1420 Cuming Street.
That, the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.
July 31, 2012 -Resolution No. 1010 -Motion to adopt. Carried 7-0.
