RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNICL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, in accordance with the provisions of the Nebraska Liquor.Control Act,as
amended, after a hearing held within 45 days after receiving notice and a copy of the license
application and upon due consideration of all standards and criteria provided by law,`this
Council hereby recommends that the following application for a Class "C"Liquor License
be granted. .

That, the cost of publication of notice of the hearing was $26.00.

LEOA DALY is providing full A/E and construction services for the$36.3 million,four-story clinical addition at the VA Gulf Coast
Veterans Health Care System in Biloxi. Ms.Schaap serves as the project architect and project coordinator for the 150,000-SF
addition,which will include ambulatory outpatient surgery,ICU,primary care,specialty care,women's health,oncology,
urology,pulmonary,eye,audiology,speech pathology,and sleep study labs.
• Wentworth-Douglass Hospital,Addition,and Renovation,Dover,NH 2O12
LEO A DALY is the ongoing architect providing complete planning,architecture,and engineering services for a$126 million
multi-phased building expansion and renovations.Wentworth-Douglass is a 178-bed,518,000-SF facility.New site parking
and landscaping improvements also are included in the project scope.Ms.Schaap's involvement included facility master.
planning,graphics,renderings,architectural work on the third floor addition,and initial conceptual design for the patient
tower addition.

500-stall parking garage. Ms.Schaap has been a major part of the Master Planning efforts for the Biloxi Campus and their
ongoing process of new construction and campus changes. She has been involved in the design and layout of campus buildings,
major roadways,the new Central Lawn plan,Veterans Affairs security setback requirements and coordination of design to
retain historical character as required by the Mississippi State Historical Preservation Society.
