The changes proposed by this resolution are to the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). These amendments are necessary to provide funding for new projects ready to proceed, or need of additional funding. Funding increases will be offset by reductions in projects that are cancelled or not progressing as anticipated. The Home Investment Partnerships Program is amended to: 1) reduce the FY 2010 Urban Homestead Program by $50,000.00; 2) reduce the FY 2010 OneWorld Senior Housing Project by $300,000.00; 3) increase the FY 2011 Single-family Infill Housing Program by $250,000.00; and 4) increase the FY 2011 Single-family Rehabilitation and Resale Program by $100,000.00.
