Midwest Storage Solutions, Inc. is the sole source vendor to sell this product. Midwest Storage Solutions, Inc. is a firm qualified to provide the product contemplated herein. In accord with the provisions of Section 5.16, Home Rule Charter, when there is a sole source vendor, the City Council may, by resolution, authorize the Purchasing Division to issue a purchase order for the services. Spacesaver Corporation provides U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) government pricing#GS-28F- 1003C, which represents the best value and the lowest overall cost alternative to meet OPD's needs. Spacesaver Corporation also partners with The National Joint Powers Alliance(NJPA) Contract#102908-KII, which offers members a competitively bid contract. The Police Department recommends accepting the proposal of Midwest Storage Solutions, Inc. and requests your consideration and approval of this Resolution.
