The improvements shall include, but not be limited to site grading, concrete paving, sidewalks, curb ramps, and other incidentals necessary to complete the work, for the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department. Swain Construction, Inc. submitted the lowest bid for the project; however they were disqualified from performing the work as a prime contractor due to inaccurate statements on the Responsible Contractor Compliance Form RC-1. Dostals Construction Company, Inc. submitted the second lowest bid for this project.
