As Chairman of the Board of Equalization, I have the honor to report that the regular
session of the Board of Equalization was held June 4, 2013. Its business before the Board was
equalization of Plan of Assessment to cover the cost of public improvements as follows:
AMOUNTS PROPOSED AS SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS TO COVER CHARGES FOR
DEMOLITION OF CONDEMNED STRUCTURES AND BUILDINGS ON CERTAIN LOTS
AND PARCELS OF REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF OMAHA, DOUGLAS COUNTY,
NEBRASKA PURSUANT TO SECTION 43-27(E) OF THE OMAHA MUNICIPAL CODE,
THE LOTS AND PARCELS OF REAL ESTATE SPECIALLY COVERED BY SAID
CHARGES FOR DEMOLITION—GROUP 2013-01 $227,901.00
Said plan was approved at our regular meeting held June 4, 2013.
