RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 40-56 through 40-59, Subdivision B, Division 2, Article II,
Chapter 40 of the Omaha Municipal Code provide for the appointment to the Air Conditioning/Air
Distribution Board; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy will exist on the Air Conditioning/Air Distribution Board in
the registered professional mechanical engineer position upon the expiration of the term of Denise L.
Allacher; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has determined to nominate Nicholas J. Limpach
for appointment as the registered professional mechanical engineer representative of the Air
Conditioning & Air Distribution Board, to serve, after confirmation by the City Council,
commencing on November, 18, 2013, and said term expiring three years later.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the nomination and appointment by Mayor Stothert of Nicholas J.Limpach to
serve a three-year term as the registered professional mechanical engineer representative of the Air
