Attached is a request of Witherspoon Management Co. LLC c/o Pat Witherspoon for permission
to construct a deck for outdoor eating and drinking located at 1125 Jackson Street.
This request has been reviewed and the recommendations of the Departments are as follows:
• City Planning Department and Public Works Department recommend approval of the
request.
A plot plan showing the location of the proposed deck for outdoor eating and drinking is
attached.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS,Witherspoon Management Co.LLC c/o Pat Witherspoon has applied for
a lease of City property adjacent to 1125 Jackson Street,Omaha,Nebraska for purposes of a deck for
outdoor eating and drinking, as described on the attached application; and,
WHEREAS, the application of Witherspoon Management Co. LLC c/o Pat
Witherspoon has been examined and approved by the City Planning and Public Works Departments,
and otherwise found to be in compliance with all City regulations.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT,the application of Witherspoon Management Co. LLC c/o Pat Witherspoon
for a lease of City property adjacent to 1125 Jackson Street,Omaha,Nebraska for purposes of a deck
for outdoor eating and drinking, as described on the application, be and hereby is approved,
contingent upon continued compliance with all requirements made and provided by law; and the
Finance Department is directed to issue a billing statement and a lease form to the applicant for
execution and return.
