The attached Resolution approves the contract with Nebraska's Best Lawn & Landscape for
OPW 52566, being tree/stump removal service at various locations.
The following bids were received on January 8, 2014. A detailed bid tabulation is attached.

policy, the Human Rights and Relations Department will review the contractor to ensure
compliance with the Contract Compliance Ordinance.
The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 52566 from the Capital Special
Assessments Fund 13573, Special Assessments Organization 116168, year 2014 expenditures.
The Public Works Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from Nebraska's Best lawn
& Landscape in the amount of$58,975.00, being the lowest and best bid received, and requests
your consideration and approval of this resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
