RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, sections 24-87 through 24-105 of the Omaha Municipal Code provide
for an Urban Design Review Board,to review and provide recommendations to improve the quality
of building design in the planning, design, development and construction of structures in the City;
and,
WHEREAS, section 24-91(a)(3) provides that one licensed engineer is to be
appointed by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Jeffrey Elliott as the licensed
engineer member of the Urban Design Review Board, to serve a term commencing on March 15,
2014, and expiring three years later.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by Mayor Jean Stothert of Jeffrey Elliott as the licensed
engineer member of the Urban Design Review Board, to serve a three-year term commencing on
March 15, 2014, and expiring three years thereafter, be and hereby is confirmed and approved.
