RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 40-56 through 40-60, Subdivision B, Division 2, Article II,
Chapter 40 of the Omaha Municipal Code provide for the appointment to the Air Conditioning &
Air Distribution Board; and,
WHEREAS, the term of Fred Korth as a member of the Air Conditioning & Air
Distribution Board has become vacant; and,
WHERAS, any vacancy other than expiration of a term shall be filled for the
unexpired term; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Kevin Toxword as a Commercial
Non-Union Shop Representative of the Air Conditioning & Air Distribution Board, to fill the
remainder of the vacated term commencing after approval and expiring on October 18, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
