The $135,000 cost of such agreement will be paid from Fiscal Year 2014, Fund No. 21109,
Organization No. 115941, Account No. 42112 in the amount of$50,000 (OCVB Marketing) and
the remainder from Fiscal Year 2014, Fund No. 21109, Organization No. 115921, Account No.

The Corporate Partnership was developed to provide maximum exposure for an
organization seeking to align itself with ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership.
The program delivers extensive overall promotional rights and benefits, unique exposure
at Signature events through highly customized partnership rights and extensive access
to the members. Corporate Partnerships may include customized benefits, which are
designed to specifically meet the goals and objectives of the partner.
The Alliance Partnership Program allows a limited number of industry partners to
engage with ASAE membership in unique and meaningful ways. The program has been
purposely designed to provide exclusivity thus enhancing the overall value to ASAE's
Alliance Partners.
ASAE believes that any successful partnership must be mutually beneficial and long
term in nature, hence the term of the Corporate Partnership is typically for a 3-year
period. However ASAE is making a concession for the Omaha Convention &Visitors
Bureau by offering a 1-year partnership, effective April 1, 2014— March 31, 2015.
