Mark VII Enterprises Inc. is a City of Omaha Tier-I Emerging Small Business, Federal HUBZone and Total Small Business concern. We are also verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Construction Firm located in Omaha, NE. Our primary emphasis is Educational-Institutional and/or City, State and Federal Government Contracts. Since the start of our new business in October-2010 we have provided quality construction services on time and in budget for several profile clients to include, University of Nebraska-Omaha, Veterans Administration, Douglas County, US Army Corp of Engineers, Omaha Public Schools, FEMA, and City of Omaha among others. Regarding your letter (attached) and Mark VII Enterprises performance participation we feel our business model which was discussed yesterday (31-MAR-2014) is consistent with the essence of City of Omaha specification section 8.01 provided values are recognized for Supervision, Equipment(s) and/or Seasonal work forces. Having said that we also understand in the absents of said values... it is difficult for you to recommend Mark VII Enterprises for award.
