Attached is a request of 902 Dodge Condominium for approval of a right-of-way subway lease
for an underground parking area, mechanical area and canopy, located at 902 Dodge Street
This request has been reviewed and the recommendations of the Departments are as follows:
City Planning Department and Public Works Department do recommend approval of the
request.
A plot plan showing the location of the underground parking area, mechanical area and canopy is
attached.

2. Any other information requested by the Planning Department, and/or the Public Works Department
necessary to evaluate the proposed use.
3. Application fee of $100.00. (Fee not refundable.)

WHEREAS, 902 Dodge Condominium has applied for a lease of City property
adjacent to 902 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska for purposes of an underground parking area,
mechanical area and canopy, as described on the attached application; and, •
WHEREAS, the application of 902 Dodge Condominium has been examined and
approved by the City Planning and Public Works Departments, and otherwise found to be in
compliance with all City regulations.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, the application of 902 Dodge Condominium for a lease of City property
adjacent to 902 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska for purposes of an underground parking area,
mechanical area and canopy,as described on the application,be and hereby is approved,contingent
upon continued compliance with all requirements made and provided by law; and the Finance
