PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The following scope is for additional services to supplement the agreement between Snyder & Associates, Inc. and
the City of Omaha, dated December 2, 2019, for the Grace Street Ditch Screen Damage Assessment project.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
I. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
A. Coordination with Levee Sponsor.
B. Attend progress meetings.
II. PRELIMINARY (60%) SUBMITTAL
A. Prepare preliminary (60%) construction plans to include:
1. Cover sheet.
2. Tabulated quantities.
3. Reference Notes.
4. Construction Staging and Methods.
5. Basic Repair Plans.
6. Mitigation Repair Plans.
7. O&M Notes.
B. Prepare preliminary (60%) opinion of probable cost.
III. FINAL (95%) SUBMITTAL
A. Prepare final (95%) construction plans to include:
1. Cover sheet.
