The Plan was approved by the City Council on January 31, 2012 by Resolution No. 25. The redevelopment project never materialized, thus the City cancelled this TIF redevelopment project. Any excess ad valorem taxes generated will be returned to the taxing jurisdictions. Your favorable consideration of this Resolution will be appreciated.
