The Planning Department recommends the acceptance of the quote from Anderson Excavating Co. in the amount of $27,450.00, being the lowest and best quote received, and requests your consideration and approval of this Resolution. The Contractor has on file a current annual Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1). As is City policy, the Human Relations Department will review the Contractor to ensure compliance with the Contract Compliance Ordinance. This includes trash, rubbish and other solid waste. This is a requirement that will not be waived.
