Club scene over the past years.
Our goal is to provide an environment for residents who desire a combination of
smooth rhythmic sounds,a chic atmosphere and positive crowd. These elements
are absent in the current entertainment industry. Club TABU Old School Ultra
Lounge will offer Omaha club goers this quality entertainment in one premier
location.
Music is an essential element that contributes to the overall TABU Old School
experience. We will utilize some of the areas hottest DJ talents to create an
atmosphere that is heavy on easy grooves and absent of the strong Hip Hop
mentality, that a large number of crowd goers are trying to get away from. The mix
of music will be a constant stream of various musical flows that we call Urban
Alternative. The genre of Urban Alternative is a mixture of sounds that range from
60s,70s and early 80s which include R&B,Jazz and Funk.
TABU Old School Ultra Lounge will be a force within the network of Omaha nightlife.
We are confident that TABU Old School Ultra Lounge will be the perfect combination
that will satisfy the appetite of the patron looking for a smooth, positive and
entertaining evening.

Dear Liquor License applicant:
You have applied for a Class "C" Liquor License and several attempts have been made to
reach you via telephone and e-mail with no avail.
The law requires that the City of Omaha hold a public hearing within 45 days from the
date of receipt of the application for a Liquor License within the City of Omaha from the
Nebraska Liquor Control Commission. Your application was received on June 2, 2014
and your City Council hearing date has been scheduled for July 1, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
One of the requirements the City has is that you have to contact a Title Company and
order/purchase a 500 foot property search with mailing labels. The search should consist
of the names and mailing addresses of all property owners within 500 feet of the
establishment. Please note if this requirement is not met, the City Council will have
no other choice but to make recommendation to deny your application, due to no
compliance. Attached is a list of Title Companies that will complete the search for you.
Also, you will need to apply for a Nebraska Drivers License and supply the City Clerk's
Office with a copy. We also need to know what State your current Driver's License was
issued in.
Please contact the City Clerk's office, Carman Johnson 402-444-5324 as soon as
possible,we will be more than happy to assist you in any way we can.
