Submitted herewith is a proposed Ordinance pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal
Code to amend a Class"B"Flammable Liquids Storage District known as B-103. The amendment
would increase the amount of diesel fuel to be stored in a 2,000-gallon tank. District B-103 is
located at First Data Resources, 7007 North 97th Circle. Its legal description is set forth in the
attached documents.

AN ORDINANCE to amend pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal Code an existing
Class "B" Flammable Liquids Storage District, known as District No. B-103 at First Data
Resources, 7007 North 97th Circle as requested by Scott A. Altic; to increase the amount of
diesel fuel to be stored in a 2,000-gallon tank; and to provide the effective date hereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 40-251 of the Omaha Municipal Code,the Class`B"Oil
District known as District No. B-103,located at First Data Resources,7007 North 97th Circle,be and
hereby is amended to increase the amount of diesel fuel to be stored in a 2,000-gallon tank, as
requested by Scott A. Altic,and as described in the attached legal description and shown on the plat
plan attached hereto.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and take effect fifteen(15)days after the date
of its passage.

Permits and Inspection Division has inspected and approved the above
location for an increase to the capacity of a current oil district for
flammable/combustible liquids storage of diesel fuel from 1,000 gallons to
2,000 gallons. Total fuel capacity of this district will be 2,000 gallons of
diesel fuel.
If accepted, this location will continue to be known as District B-103.
