This Scope of Services is for HDR Engineering, Inc. (HDR) to provide professional services to
the City of Omaha Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department (Department) for an

Department contracted with HDR to perform a comprehensive review and update to the finance

evaluate alternative financial strategies. The 2011 update concluded with wholesale revisions to
the fees which support the development of each facility type. In addition the plan concluded that
comprehensive updates should be completed every 3 years. The Department is currently in the
process of preparing the 2014 Suburban Parks Master Plan update.
