appointment of James R. Kusek to serve on the Park and Recreation Board. His term will
commence on February 13, 2015, and expire February 12, 2018. Mr. Kusek will replace Barbara
Hayes. A copy of Mr. Kusek's candidate form and résumé are attached.

associations and industrial customers in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota and the Dakotas.

• Developed and maintained close working relationships with the supply and marketing divisions
of customer utilities and gas marketers to accomplish company revenue objectives.
• Negotiated and marketed transportation services to distribution companies and gas marketers
for both their system supply needs and on behalf of their end-users.
• Maintained a working knowledge of customers' needs to ensure timely initiation of company
projects and services to meet those needs.
• Ensured that Northern was responsive to the demands f its customers by acting as the key
interface on intercompany issues.
