The attached Resolution approves the contract with All Purpose Construction for OPW 52628,
being work on the septage receiving station at the Papillion Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The following bids were received on January 28, 2015. A detailed bid tabulation is attached.

ALL PURPOSE CONSTRUCTION $294,000.00 (LOW BID)
Neuvirth Construction, Inc. $342,000.00
.ludds Brothers Construction Co. $394,750.00
Vrana Construction $404,000.00
Building Crafts, Inc. $428,000.00
Eriksen Construction Co., Inc. $450,000.00
The contractor has a current Contract Compliance Report Form (CC-1) on file. As is City
policy, the Human Rights and Relations Department will review the contractor to ensure
compliance with the Contract Compliance Ordinance.
The Finance Department is authorized to pay the cost of OPW 52628 from the Sanitary Sewer
Improvement Fund 21124, Capital Asset Replacement Organization 116913, year 2015
expenditures.
The Public Works Department recommends the acceptance of the bid from All Purpose
Construction in the amount of$294,000.00, being the lowest and best bid received, and requests
your consideration and approval of this Resolution.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, bids were submitted on January 28, 2015 for OPW 52628, being work on
the septage receiving station at the Papillion Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant; and,
WHEREAS, All Purpose Construction submitted a bid of$294,000.00, being the lowest
and best bid received for OPW 52628.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF OMAHA:
THAT, as recommended by the Mayor, the contract with All Purpose Construction for
OPW 52628, being work on the septage receiving station at the Papillion Creek Wastewater
Treatment Plant, in the amount of $294,000.00 is hereby approved; and that the Finance
Department is authorized to pay this cost from the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund 21124,
Capital Asset Replacement Organization 116913, year 2015 expenditures.
