-Responsibilities include: HR duties including hiring, training and firing. Operational duties including store
inventory, future development and expansion planning. Financials duties including strength analysis, banking,
P&Ls,and payroll.
-My previous Subway experience was with Jasur Inc from 1999-2006. Was part time and full time all through
college to help pay tuition. I started out as hourly employee at age 14. By age 18 was promoted store manager. At
age 21,was offered a promoted to multi-store manager but left to go work for L'evento Caffe in 2006.
-At age 23 purchased the first two Subways,with my brother as my partner.
-Have grown from two Subways in 2009 to currently having four open Subways, one in construction, and two
more approved for planning and development within the Alegent Creighton Health system

-Opportunity to help launch and new coffeehouse concept. Was in charge of all marketing operations including:
developing an attractive website, menu, menu offerings, research , leading a cross-functional team to make
decisions quickly and efficiently,and all PR and marketing communication
-Developed multichannel viral marketing campaign including Radio,Print,Facebook,Google
-Was offered a full time position after graduation, but I decided to partner with my brother on the purchase of two
Subways and created J-Lap Group,LLC.

-TDM Foods of the Heartland was the local company responsible for the operation and oversight of the Taco Del

mailer,radio,and promotions. Main communicator between HQ marketing and franchisees in the local market.
