CI 11 No.27667 for the Nicholas Street Sewer Extension Project Phase 1 alk/a City Project OPW 51892 (CSO). The Ordinance authorizes the Mayor to execute the attached Warranty Deed and, providing for the effective date hereof The Ordinance authorizes the Mayor to execute the attached Warranty Deed,which will transfer the property interest,to Property Purchasers,LLC,a Nebraska Limited Liability Company that owns the adjacent areas and will allow for them to complete redevelopment of that site.
