architect member of the Urban Design Review Board. Mr. Cisar will replace Tim Holland,
whose term expired on February 24, 2015. Mr. Cisar's term shall commence upon confirmation
by the City Council and expire three years thereafter. A copy of Mr. Cisar's Résumé is attached.

RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OMAHA:
WHEREAS, Sections 24-87 through 24-105 of the Omaha Municipal Code
provide for an Urban Design Review Board, to review and provide recommendations to improve
the quality of building design in the planning, design, development and construction of structures
in the City; and,
WHEREAS, Section 24-91(a)(l) provides that one licensed architect is to be
appointed by the Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, Mayor Jean Stothert has appointed Kurt Cisar as the licensed
architect member of the Urban Design Review Board, to serve a term commencing upon
confirmation by the City Council and expiring three-years thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF OMAHA:
THAT, the appointment by Mayor Jean Stothert of Kurt Cisar as the licensed
architect member of the Urban Design Review Board, to serve a three-year term commencing
upon confirmation by the City Council, and expiring three-years thereafter, be and hereby is
